Urandan measurements

The Urandan mile is defined as a thousand steps and one step is about 1200 mm. Railways on Urando generally use a gauge of five quarter steps or about 1500 mm (in comparison terrestrial standard gauge is 1435 mm).

Volumes are measured in “cubics” which is one quarter step cubed
