Recently I purchased¬†Het Kweekvlees Kookboek (English:¬†The In Vitro Meat Cookbook) by Koert van Mensvoort and Hendrik-Jan Grievink. The book, as the title suggests, contains several recipes based on cultured meat (in vitro meat), and several interesting essays as well.
